About Tim Willmott
Volta was founded by Tim Willmott, a senior data transformation executive with over 25 years of experience leading complex data programmes across retail, finance, FMCG, and multi-national organisations.
Tim has led enterprise-scale data migrations, built cloud-native analytics platforms, and guided organisations through the challenges of data-driven change. He operates at the intersection of technical delivery and business leadership, comfortable engaging at board level and working directly with engineering teams.
Volta is the vehicle through which Tim brings that experience to organisations that need it most, on a contract basis, without the layers of a traditional consultancy.
